A new development of four blocks of apartments. Lightning Electrical Installations Ltd installed all power and lighting to 54 residential properties – comprising of private and social housing , door entry, TV systems and car parking areas

University of Creative Arts (UCA); Farnham Campus; Farnham

The project consisted of the refurbishment of the Linear Gallery corridors power, lighting, fire alarm, CCTV and intruder alarm systems.
The power and lighting systems were rewired in their entirety with a new distribution board installed fed from an existing distribution board using twin and earth type cabling concealed within the fabrication of the building. The main lighting is Dali controlled and the emergency lighting has been installed on its own circuits with test key switches in the corridor.
The Fire Alarm system, CCTV and Intruder Alarm have all been adapted to suit the new layout.
Works were also carried out to the kitchen ceilings consisting of renewing the lighting by means of a PVC conduit system with single core cables and vapourproof luminaires. A new extract fan was also installed in the staff toilet area. The Fire Alarm system was taken down then re- instated, tested and commissioned
Strand on the Green, Chiswick, London W4

The project comprised of a refurbishment of a 4-storey private house, courtyard and annex. We carried out the installation of power and lighting, external lighting, mechanical wiring, complete telephone system, fire alarm and security systems and the supply and installation of a stand-by generator to cover the entire house upon loss of power.

The project comprised of an extension to the existing house and refurbishment of the existing house. We carried out the installation of power and lighting, external lighting, electric underfloor heating, complete telephone system , sound system, TV / Satellite distribution system, domestic fire alarm and intruder alarm systems.
